Taking over and rebranding a prominent 5 Star hotel in Barcelona, TFI created an unforgettable 6-week-long product immersion event, with over 5000 customers attending in 74 separate delegations. The concept was to gather all of Philips’ major global distributors together in one ‘hub’, showcasing the Philips’ Consumer Lifestyle range of products, so that Philips sales teams could both do business and build personal relationships with their customers. Inspiring product zones and stages were built, enabling 78 bespoke country based tours and the launch of 130 new products. In addition, we organised a gala dinner for 1000 people, and three dinners for 350 people. The event was a great success, with huge global interest generated and over 77% of attendees giving 90%+ satisfaction ratings. Also, TFI’s negotiation of large volume savings in many areas saved Philips a great deal of money.
