Jose Cuervo #OutwithJose
The #OutWithJose hashtag campaign was devised to widen the impact of the annual Jose Cuervo brand ambassadors experiential trip to Mexico, promoting the use of the hashtag to harness attendees’ social media posts about the trip. Pre-trip, we created a promotional email campaign as well as bar-stands and door-hangers for attendees to personalise and display at work. A dedicated website - www.outwithjose.com - showcased all pictures shared and served as a twitter-wall during the trip. T-shirts, bags and caps were branded with the hashtag, and daily competitions were run with on-the-spot prizes. We even provided a Polaroid printer to print smart phone pictures as mementos. In just 3 weeks, 647,406 followers in 20 countries over 4 continents were exposed to the Jose Cuervo brand via 558 unique posts. To cap it all off, TFI were crowned winners in the ‘Best Social Media campaign’ category at the MIMA awards (Meetings Industry Marketing Awards).
