‘Meetings in a box’

‘Meetings in a Box’ was created to enable the sales teams of a pharmaceutical client to deliver more effective presentations to an ever busier audience of health care professionals (HCPs). The concept works from the earliest stages of the engagement process, from initial scheduling of a meeting, to the meeting itself, where sales reps are provided with a highly versatile set of DIY tools, ranging from specially designed slides to questionnaires, leave behinds, and a ‘box’ in which it is all carried. The concept also enhances the post-meeting process, providing emails, documents, CPD certificates and an online tool. TFI brought together a diverse range of expertise to make the ‘Meetings in a box’ concept a success, ranging from med coms, presentations and sales techniques, to design, creative communications, digital and even event technology.
