
Penny is a highly experienced event and conference manager with over 25 years in related service industry sectors.
Penny started her working career with Hyatt Hotels where she spent 3 years working most aspects of the hotel, which allowed a very good view of all departments.
After 3 years, Penny traveled to Turkey where her first year was spent setting up and running a small hotel on the South Coast. She decided to extend her stay and worked as a rep for a Tour Company, in charge of 22 hotels. Her role included negotiating, raising and delivering against the seasonal contracts on behalf of the company.
On return to the UK in 1990, she joined the TFI Group where she worked for them for 10 years, covering roles such as Operations Director and also covered for the then MD during sabbatical and maternity leave. She left in 1999, but came back in 2008 when TFI approached her with an offer to return to the ‘fold’, and she is now Divisional Director. During her time back she has managed a number of large scale events and budgets up to the value of £7 million.

Corinne Harvey has over eleven years experience in the event management industry, delivering a wide variety of projects, both in the UK and internationally.
Corinne graduated in 1998 with a degree in Marketing and French and started her career at Write Image PR agency working as an event manager for the Microsoft account and also worked on Compaq and IBM events. After four years she moved to Olive 360 and managed various blue chip accounts including AT&T. Her time here also allowed her to work with the Public Sector and organise events for the Department of Health and Cabinet Office which included an event for the Prime Minister Tony Blair.
After leaving Olive 360 she worked in-house for 8 months at the Department of Health organising all their conferences and putting new online processes in place for their external exhibitions.
Following the Department of Health, Corinne joined Reed & Mackay as a Senior Event Manager and worked on various accounts, responsible for both the project management and onsite delivery of events for Herbert Smith and Northgate Information Solutions. During her time at Reed & Mackay she also managed and developed the Sanofi Aventis account and gained a vast amount of experience working on Pharmaceutical events across the globe.
Corinne joined TFI in 2006 as an Account Director on the Corporate Team. She is heavily involved in working on the Philips account and manages their large scale events. Corinne is now the Senior Account Director and manages the Corporate Team on a day to day basis.
Corinne loves to travel and enjoys a challenge! She aims to deliver the highest quality of service to her clients.

Sally has six years experience in the events industry that stems back to studying Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University where she specialised in conference & exhibition management & production.
A new addition to TFI, Sally is working as an Account Manager, following a year abroad where she engaged in various challenging and at times dangerous outdoor activities! Sally’s history of work covers a variety of sectors including; corporate events, venue management, music festivals, experiential marketing & large outdoor events.
Managing corporate events for up to 9000 delegates, budgets over £1 million and recently working as a Logistics Manager on The Papal Visit to England earlier in 2010 are just some of her career highlights so far. Sally prides herself on her passionate & flexible approach to work and loves a challenge!

Christine joined the Corporate Team at TFI Group in August 2010 as an Account Executive and is supporting the team in terms of registration and the planning of many of the team’s international events.
Having recently completed her first class Masters in Conference and Events Management at the University of Westminster, she is highly enthusiastic in applying the latest industry theories into practice and delivering excellent delegate experiences and client satisfaction.
Christine has an academic and professional background in the tourism industry. Having completed the Bachelor in Tourism Management at Bournemouth University, her professional experiences include working for the Bournemouth International Centre, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, as well as the international hotel association Relais & Châteaux; with an emphasis on improving international customer relations by applying her various language skills.
